All products purchased from us are guaranteed to be authentic, free of defects upon shipment, and exactly as described or you may return them immediately for a new replacement at no additional cost. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.
As we cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, it is strongly recommended that you consult your skin care professional about your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including allergic reaction. Opened or used personal care and skin care products are not returnable without any exceptions.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving your item for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of the RA number. A replacement product will be shipped upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging that has come to you, with all accessories and owners manual. Do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the package. You can include a separate letter to explain your reason for the return with a reference to the RA number. There will be a 15% restocking fee on none damaged items that are returned in damaged package. Also, our shipping and handling expenses will be deducted from your refund if you received FREE shipping.
15% restocking fee applies to all returned items if there is no damage and we did not make a mistake in shipping, including packages returned as "refused", ”unable to forward”, “undeliverable as addressed”, etc. Return requests for undamaged, unused and unopened items must be made within 5 days of delivery.
ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE RA NUMBER. ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ISSUED ANY CREDIT.
RA numbers can be requested by sending e-mail. Please make sure to include your name, address, order number and precise reason why you need to return the item. Return shipping will be paid by us in the event we made a mistake or an item arrived damaged. Return shipping will not be reimbursed if delivered item is what was ordered by you.
