Domestic Shipments
Skin Care by MD offers domestic shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation on all orders. Please be advised that we reserve the right to alter shipping method as we see fit. The confirmation that you receive from Skin Care by MD can only be used to verify when a parcel has been shipped, and is not used to track packages en route.
FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS
- All orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 48 hours (business days only). USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. No delivery on Saturday by UPS.
- Priority Mail packages take about 2-5 business days to arrive at locations inside the United States.
- Packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some small or rural towns may take a few more days to arrive.
- We can ship to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses as well for the same cost using USPS Priority Mail.
USPS orders experience a range of delivery times. Most orders are delivered quickly but USPS delivery time depends on distance and internal USPS factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. However, USPS delivery can take as long as 14 days, regardless of destination. If your order has not arrived 14 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us by e-mail.
Your order will be shipped to the address that was given.
If a package is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for another shipping fee to have the order shipped again. Otherwise, the order is treated as a return and the 15% processing fee applies.
If you are shipping a gift, please let someone know a package will be coming so it will not be refused. If a package is returned to us the customer will be billed for the shipment and the return shipment.
